Future Banyan innovations target advancements in communication, efficiency, and care delivery. For example, seamless integration with Microsoft Teams will improve collaboration between clinicians and non-clinical staff. AI-driven chatbots will streamline workflows for routine tasks, such as Banyan’s integration with ServiceNow®, to automate support ticket submissions. Additionally, the platform will feature RTLS tracking functionality to more effectively manage mobile devices, enabling caregivers to focus on patient care.
